It rained alot the day of our arrival, the room we checked into was on the first floor and the carpet was soaked with water. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room and they easily accommodated and gave us one on the 2nd floor. Room was clean but there were stains on the carpet and some were sticky, and a few colored stains on the bedding and ceiling as well. I didn't get a good vibe without wiping all the surfaces down. Good for probably the average stay but i think it could've been nicer based on photos.

Several times in the room were broken. Took pics when I checked in and reported to front desk. Room was cleaner when I checked out then when I checked in. Dog feces from residents was never picked up. Stepped in several times. Complained to front desk.

This hotel was very nice and in a nice location. All the staff were kind and friendly, as well as some of the other guests staying there. The rooms are a pretty good size and are easy to live in for an extended stay. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby, including an urgent care and a pharmacy which we had to utilize. Its right by the Orbit bus route which makes it in an excellent location for those staying without cars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again. :)
