Excellent place to stay. Staff make you feel like you are family. Nice breakfast, e erything is fresh and both the food area and the dining area are very clean and well kept.

It was amazing. The staff was friendly very helpful. Always there if you need anything it was an amazing experience. My grandson loved it. So blessed to be able to go to such a wonderful hotel. Thank you guys for all your work.

We booked for two nights, ended up leaving the evening of our second night because of how uncomfortable the bed was. The bed was extremely hard. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor which was a bit better. It’s frustrating that the pool/water slide area is only available for 1 hour slots. We were only able to use the pool 3 hours out of the 30 hours we were at the hotel. And there is no actual pool to “swim and relax in.”

We had my sister’s bachelorette party here this weekend, and we enjoyed our stay!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the water park was clean and run safely, the room was spacious and comfy (also clean), and the breakfast was hot and tasty! We all raved about our stay, and I’m sure we will be back in the future!

My kids had fun at the toddler side of the water park. Unfortunate it was by appt only basically. The entire hotel seemed dirty when you really looked around. Bathrooms in the pool were not cleaned the entire time we were there. I know because we dropped a tiny toy inside the mats and it remained there the entirety which isnt ideal.

Staffs were great. The water park inside was great for the kids. The breakfast was really good and different choices daily. The property was clean and very organized.

The staff is so friendly Laura and the breakfast staff was on top of everything in the morning. The pool staff was watching and keeping everyone safe. Housekeeping was so friendly and kept us stocked with linen. Front desk was always friendly. We asked if they had board games and they whipped them out before we got down there to look. Fast and amazing service. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Pool schedule is kind of annoying as you have to sign up for a daily time beforehand and are only guaranteed one nightly slot.

We were swayed by the water park to book this property, but we wish it came with a disclaimer. Firstly, there isn't actually a pool to play in. The two slides empty into a basin that you must quickly get out of and there is small kiddy wading pool that is less than a foot deep. Short of going down the slides over and over again, there isn't much else to do, and my kid who was 41 inches tall (you must be 42) couldn't even use the slides, even if she went on my lap, so she got bored quite quickly. Secondly, the hot tub is for 18 and older. This means kids under 18 can't even put their feet in it, and the staff is VERY strict about this. Thirdly, you must sign up ahead of time for a one hour slot to use the water park, and the staff was very insistent that I could not plan on back to back time slots despite the fact that there were only 2 other people in the pool area with 15 minutes to go (2 more came in at the hour mark, so they begrudgingly allowed us to stay). In short, the water park was a bust, and for me overshadowed the fact that the property was nice and the hot breakfast was really good. If you don't care about the water park, this place is perfectly fine, but if you are going just for the water park like we did, prepare to be disappointed.

Bruyant au dessus de notre chambre. Il y avait des enfants qui courraient et sautaient après 11h30 PM. J’ai appelé au lobby 2 fois sans amélioration. La 3e fois, je suis allé au lobby rencontrer le personnel. Je leur ai demander d’intervenir. Après minuit cela a arrêté. Mauvaise gestion de gens turbulents.

We booked a night for winter break. Shortly before check-in they called to tell us the water pump for the slides was broken. They did not offer a discount only offered to cancel. We cancelled and booked elsewhere.

I think the staff at the water park need to pay closer attention to the area. There were kids that were in the hot tub and kids that seemed too small for the slides. It would be helpful if there was a time that the space was just available to adults. Maybe the last hour could be just adults.

The hotel is pretty clean , Breakfast is exceptional, They hired a woman to help in the dining area her name is Barb and she is the absolutely the best ! Also all the staff at the front desk are the best ! The pool area is pretty cool the littles absolutely love it . I think there should be someone at the top of the stairs monitoring the large slides , and maybe the Art and decor around the hotelShould be more geared to the area with it behind the mountains , but we had a great stay and definitely will stay again ! Thanks
