I was in room 123. The floor and the surfaces were dirty. The ironing board, the iron, the small refrigerator, the microwave and the clock were dirty and/or broken (even though they work). The toilet was loose from the floor. The tile finishing touches were really bad as with the bathroom door frame. I only needed a place to sleep for two nights, but I’m definitively NOT going back there.

This property is terrible in every way possible! No friendly staff or costumer service at all! Dirty! No lights outside or proper signs to room locations, rooms very dirty! Not tissues and minimum toiletries! Dirt in the room every where!

The environment was very dirty.the sheets on the bed were dirty, I ask to change them. they told I have to bring the dirty one down to pick up clean one at the office which is detach from the main building. In my reservation breakfast was included, at the property there is none.

My first room had stains on the sheets. When we moved to another room, the tv didnt work correctly, there was a large gap under the entrance door, nail heads were sticking out of bathroom door trim, shower head had a plastic ice bag to try and fix the leak spraying from it.....no pool (as advertised)...

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. I would upload pics if I could. Stains on the bedding. Dirt on the towels. Hair in the shower. Toilet seat falling off. Baseboards ripped off. Ceiling in the shower looked like it leaked. Broken piece of glass on the desk. Coffee but no coffee maker. Staff member unlocked the door and walked in the room on us. Just awful! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The motel seemed to be in a sketchy area - tucked away in a dark area overlooking an industrial area. The management was very nice. /there was no phone in the room and no coset and the TV channels could not be changed. Comfortable enough - an a modest rate.

The property is under construction and a little off the highway. There seems to be a lot of people hanging around in the parking lot. I booked a king but they pressured me to downgrade to a queen and I agree. However, they lied it was a double. When I went back and asked to be put into a king or a queen at least staff became confrontational. I almost asked for a refund and left. I was polite but firm and never raised my tone. It was a confusing interaction.

This was a horrible place to stay. It was beyond dirty and the daytime staff was mean! None of the advertised amenities was available. There were many drunks or whatever pounding on our door every night.

I was placed in the no smoking room that had smoke in it burnt on the bedspread and was full of fleas. I have flea bites all over my body because there was some kind of animals in the room before I got there the room was half cleaned and the bathtub was dirty

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in EVER. None of the elevators were in service. The stairs to all levels were unsafe with the edges either missing, cracked, or literally lying on the ground in front of the steps. The fire extinguisher on our floor had been replaced with a can of pepsi, so thankfully there was no need to use an extinguisher while we were there. The safety lock on the inside of our door was missing entirely. There were bags and piles of trash on every landing between floors and the stairwells smell like urine. If this property cost $50/night I would have understood the conditions, but I paid $114/night and I'm so angry that I was swindled that way! Finally, all 3rd party booking sites still list that breakfast is included in the price of the room, but breakfast is no longer served and hasn't been for quite some time according to the hotel clerk. Expedia should not be associated with this property. It is an absolute dump.

The front desk was busy but that’s to be expected due to the holiday. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. It’s not very updated and needs some TLC. But the most important things(cleanliness and comfort) were 100%.

Dirty dirty dirty!!!! From the outside to the inside of the room was terrible. Due to an emergency we had no choice but to spend a night here. Run do not walk by this place not worth your glance.

I came to Virginia for my grandmas funeral. This property was run down and honestly should not be offered on Expedia. We were placed in a “smoke free” room that reeked of stale smoke and had the smoke detector removed. The sheets and towels were stained, the lamp shade was broken. We felt so uncomfortable here that we had to leave and book a different hotel. Do not stay here.

Upon arriving at this abomination. Norfolk police had a crime scene taped off. Deceased was in a car on the motel property. Refused to refund me. Disgraceful!!!!!

The first room that we have received was ABSOLUTLY FILTHY. Not only were there stains on the wall and lamp but the towels and bedding were stained and crusty. This was a non smoking room, needless to say all the rooms smelled like cigarettes even the one that we got moved to. Also, breakfast was supposed to be included. Breakfast apparently was not included. (Most) Service was careless and unwelcoming. Daily cleaning wasn't included either.
