"Very convenient to stay several days. I Just had dificcult tô get in the building arriving from the parking: to open the door need internet, and I didnt have It underground. Need to improve this point. Clean Room, staff Very friendly and they have a Very confortable Common área. I do recommend. Parking cost me 24 Suisse Francs per night. There os no Breakfast."

"The host Ajdin was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty modern and cozy. There is a parking garage but it is a bit narrow for bigger vehicles. Also there is street parking. if you dont have Twint or CHF coins, you can use Easy park app. overall it was a pleasant stay! ☺️ "

"Claude and Joelle do an excellent job communicating and the directions left in the room for anything you could imagine was included. Very close to public transportation. Although I would not suggest 3 people stay in the room due to the size, it was a very clean room, just a bit small for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows are very flimsy, even using 2 at a time they were not very supportive. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "

"Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Essmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich vor der Tür oder in 5min Umkreis."

"The hosts where amazing simply said, no issues and glad to help at any time, the rooms however needs some cooling down (the "AC" is way to weak and if you open the windows in the nights like we had to then the noise from the street are deafening, and also the layout of the rooms makes them smaller than they are since nothing actually fits in them?, I'm not sure if it's poor planning or just unlucky thinking but it's weird as in the pictures :p. I would however definitely come back but hopefully...

"The staffs were very friendly and helpful with the information on getting around town. However, one of them at the night shift topped us when making tea at night at the eating area nearby the lobby. It was a multifunction coffee machine that I only got hot water from it. He came and immediately said the coffee machine is not allowed to use other than breakfast, then he said making tea is ok . It is totally understandable and we won’t touch it if there was a sign, or the staff should have been more polite when approaching the guest on that situation. No one would steal your coffee! I’ve been to 4-5 star hotels in many countries and have never encountered anything like this. In short, the hotel is nice and most of the staffs are very nice. Don’t touch that precious coffee machine, even when you only need hot water and see that it’s switched on. Just don’t and you will be fine. "
