"Our stay was great and I apologise for using this platform against hotels.com but they have given me no choice. Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now ..."

Where's the hot water
"Went whale watching and got soaked. Hotel really needs a washer and dryer on the property. Hot water takes for ever to come out when taking a shower and dont get me started on the water pressure!"
