"The historical building is neat, and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. It is a nice place to stay within walking distance to many attractions. The gym is huge and impressive. However, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable or friendly. Dealing with the assistant manager regarding a charge after checkout was a nightmare. She was ill-mannered and inefficient. She finally credited my account without an apology after repeated phone calls. It’s a nice hotel, but due to their incompetent...

"The lady who checked us in was rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be at work at all. But the check out lady was absolutely amazing! We expected a nice room considering the price of it and how the rest of the hotel was. But it was very much average. The blankets had lumps in them and was uncomfortable. But everything else was great!"
