Great Boutique Hotel. Convenient walking. From Airport take the MT4 Bus, get off at Ponte 16 Sofitel Hotel, cross the street, two blocks, enter the street m, Hotel will be on the corner. To the airport take bus 26 30 minutes ride.

The booklet in the room stated that "Please feel free to enjoy the complimentary drinks inside the mini fridge provided in room. Bottled water is refillable up to 4 bottles a day." However we the fridge is empty. Besides, there is only 2 bottles of water in the room. So just curious.

Taxi drivers did not want to send passengers to hotel because they felt the location was difficult to get in/out. In every taxis we took, we were force to alight at main road and had to walk for about 10mins to hotel.

We arrived a little later to check in and unfortunately there was only one lady at the desk. We did wait a little while though she was pleasant and polite. A nice little hotel for a quick stay. Quite clean though the shower was starting to show it’s age. Very close to the smaller streets which was nice. Would stay here again purely for convenience and affordability. There isn’t much in terms of facilities but it was fine for us

We booked online and the booking was confirmed and already paid for but when we reached there around 2 in the morning, the staff couldn’t locate our booking and there were no rooms available. We made sudden plans to stay the night in Macao after playing Casino overnight but the Hotel didn’t have the booking or the room or any other facilities that we could use. Instead, they asked us to cancel the booking and get another hotel room. Where can you possibly find a room at 2 in the morning in Taipa area if you’re a visitor and with no phone connection but only Wifi Access of the hotels? Such a terrible experience. We were so drained out and tired, we just wanted to sleep and catch the bus to HK next morning. The room price was 1k which isn’t very cheap. The hotel should maintain their online reservations, if you don’t have rooms available, you should block the booking via online portal.

I will certainly stay here again!
I didn’t want to give a 5 star review because it will only make the hotel more desirable, room occupancy will increase, and the price for rooms will go up ... and I’d like to continue to stay at this affordable hotel with 5 star service for less in the future - I will definitely return here on any subsequent visits to Macau. The hotel can be tricky to find because it is tucked away rather than on the main road ... it is located one block north and one block east of the Ponte 16 bus stop - and from this stop, you can easily catch buses to the ferry, HZMB bridge terminal, and to the casinos in Cotai. St Paul’s and Senado Square are an easy 10 minute walk on mostly flat ground. The neighborhood is undergoing a transformation, and new shops and infrastructure are replacing the old. Since it’s off the main road, it was not so noisy at night, and I slept comfortably. A fantastic feature of the hotel is the complimentary use of a mobile phone ... I was never lost on winding back streets because I could locate myself on the phone’s map. Customer service from the front staff desk was exceptional.

Fabulous modern style hotel in a beautiful old building. Located in the historic Old City of Macau and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. Wonderful staff; warm welcome and very helpful. Room was lovely; clean, modern and with everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast next door was delicious - definitely try the Laksa!! Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in the heart of the city.

Location is great and rooms are new. Very basic hotel, no amenities though they provide access to free breakfast and gym hosted by 3 parties next door. The room is clean and new but does not come with wardrobe and no basic amenities like hair dryer/iron board. No wardrobe means clothes are either scattered around the room or had to be kept locked in the luggage.
