The photos displayed was a false representation of what I booked, which was a double and I got two single beds eve though I’d paid in advance and stated on my confirmation double. It was like student accomodation and not at all what I’m use to staying in as a Gold Expedia member!!! At 9.30pm arrival I was devastated and like I say the advert is misleading indeed and I’m an unhappy customer who was not given an alternative room or double bed and will not be staying again!

Great location, good experience overall.
Great midtown location - perfect for getting east or west with the tube, and just a 5 minute walk to theatres and Covent Garden. Decor is tired, but it's clean and comfortable. Friendly/helpful staff. Definitely the best value for money you'll find in town. Let staff know if you need good network connectivity as the house wifi didn't work in our room.

During our recent trip to London with my wife and two adult children, we rented two rooms for 3 days (1/3/24 to 1/6/24). The on-duty front desk people were incredibly helpful and professional. They made our check in and check out process very smooth. I had to call for help with my heating system once and the on duty person responded quickly. In fifteen minutes a tech was at my door and quickly fixed the issues. I was very impressed! I would certainly stay there in future and recommend to my family and friends.
