Upon Checkin, the manager on duty was rude and would not listen. We had inquired with Expedia about a room upgrade but had not committed to one. The manager insisted that we had and would not check us in unless we paid an upgrade charge. He would not listen and was very difficult. As we were getting on elevator, we heard him laughing about the interaction with other employees. Later in evening, he stopped us as we were returning from dinner and told us that any guest that came to our room would have to leave by 9:00 pm.
