It was basically a dorm with walls the locks were a joke and with 4 different “rooms” sharing a bathroom sleep was impossible

Very basic room

It's a simple room in a good location. It's 10 minutes to the city center. I like they have 24/7 front desk service.

Nice location, but the property is in a bad condition.

We did not like the neighborhood. The location was convenient to sites and metro, which was was easy to use. No AC and noisy dirty neighborhood, but maybe that is all of Lisbon!

The room was tidy and the bed comfy, nice cotton sheets. They met us dowat 1:30 am which was nice. Close to everything, a kitchen is available if needed.

Paid price matched expectations of room. Check in staff pleasant and welcoming. Did not use kitchen. Was very hot out, fan provided without having to ask which was nice

Excellent Hotel
This hotel was amazing. Very clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely use this hotel again. We enjoyed a fabulous experience here.

Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff. Well situated and great condition. Only con is that our room was next to the kitchen and due to the thin walls, we could here other residents using the kitchen and talking as loud as ever, however this isn’t exactly the hotels fault and in the end, it made us wake up and leave earlier which wasn’t all bad. Overall I would stay again, I’d just ask for a more quiet area for the room.

building is older but is what is expected in the area. room is big and had balcony. no a/c or electronic key for door. old fashioned elevator, close to metro and restaurants.

It was close to the center, but the area was scary, room was cold and windy. There was not hot water, only for 2 minutes. Room was in very bad condition. No cup, hairdryer, nothing was provided. It was noisy and felt unsafe all the time.

Property was hard to find there was no visable sinage on building. The location was a little scary at night. The bed comfort was stained. As we turned the sheets down on one of the beds we noticed a hair on the bottom sheet. We only booked this at last minute, but would not never book again.

Stanza davvero piccola per quattro persone, non avevamo quasi lo spazio per i trolley. Però ottimo prezzo, quindi non mi aspettavo una reggia. Davvero molto rumorosa, stanza attaccata alla reception. Una notte hanno suonato il citofono alle 4 e ci hanno svegliato perché si sentiva tutto. Siamo stati quattro notti, alla fine del secondo giorno si rompe la serranda dell’unico finestra. Lo segnaliamo la sera stessa e lo ricordiamo la mattina dopo, sperando di trovarla aggiustata al nostro ritorno. Invece nulla, finestra chiusa e niente cambio aria fino alla fine del soggiorno. Roba che abbiamo tenuto la ventola del bagno aperta per fare un minimo di ricambio. Posizione centrale ma dintorni poco piacevoli, con tanto di baraccopoli proprio sotto le camere. Ok per giovani avventurieri, noi in famiglia abbiamo un po’ accusato.

Stanza e bagno in una zona di certo non bellissima di Lisbona. Fuori dalla porta della stanza c’è praticamente un corridoio con una cucina e un bagno condiviso. Il servizio è stato regolare, ogni giorno venivano cambiati asciugamani e rifacevano il letto però la stanza nei dettagli non era certo pulita. Sicuramente non è un albergo scandaloso, ma dipende molto gli standard a cui siete abituati. Buona la vicinanza alla fermata Intendente della metro a poche decine di metri. Abbiamo prenotato li perché era l’unica struttura a prezzi accessibili rispetto al centro dove i prezzi erano alle stelle. Avevamo un bagno privato discreto.
