I had booked 2 nights here. 1st room 004 - stains on the blanket (looked like dried blood stains) and stains on the bed and tiny blond hairs scattered on the bed, looks like beard hairs. 1st receptionist (female) was kind. Manager came, tooks photos of stains and accused me of those hairs, I have black hair, those were blond tiny hairs. 2nd room 301 - very thin walls, you can hear everything, as in everything! There were 3 guests who checked in at 1am - confirmed by receptionist, so it was so loud. 2nd receptionist(male) was unfriendly, and did nothing. Next day, told me the room 004 was cleaned and finished, and came down to reception to get the key with all my things only to find out the room was not finished. I went back to room 301 and waited like 20min. No compensation offered from the side of the hotel. Only expedia compensated me. Wasted a lot of time calling and complaining. So if you want all this stress, go ahead and book this hotel. No frigde in the room.

Like the cafeteria just beside the Easy Hotel Lisbon and cheaper prices. The staffs are nice and accommodating. The staff let us in earlier as soon as the room is ready. He saw us very tired from our flights.

Im goßen und ganzen war ich war ich voll zufrieden. Einfache Ausstattung , wie ich finde eine tolle martraze sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes personal . Schaut von aussen zwar nicht So toll aus aber für einen kurztrip kann ich es empfehlen es ist ja auch nicht das ritz immer wieder gerrne.

We had a lovely stay! The room and property are very clean, new, and well taken care of. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend this place as it is very noisy at night as on a major street. We used earplugs and still struggled to sleep. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here!

Staff was great and friendly, dealt with issues promptly (leaky shower), blessedly spoke English, we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, plenty of nearby dining options for every palate, very walkable and close to the Metro Marques de Pombal stop, plenty of hot water. The room might be considered small by US standards but we didn't spend time in the room anyway. Would definitely recommend. We were able to crack the window to air out the room when the weather was nice. It can be kind of noisy outside late at night but we just shut the window if needed, that's not the hotel's fault :)

Nothing unique just a basi hotel room with minimal services. Front desk staff when I first went to check in said they jad no parking ot was just on the street. I spent 2 hours driving around to find a parking spot so I could check in. Went to check in and diferent front desk person said yes we have parking no problem. I was pissed got a parking ticket in the .ean time was not a great start to my visit!

Great location 2 blocks off of Ave Liberdade so fairly quiet yet close to everything. Lots of restaurants and cafes and mini markets. Safe, easy access lobby with elevator. Comfortable bed and decent size room. Very clean except for some mold that needs to be wiped off of the shower floor. Staff was great and very accommodating!

This property is a budget hotel BUT it is very clean, like Japan clean. It is about 15 min walk to city center. Easy walk with shopping around..There are plenty of good eateries. The bad is that there is construction but that is everywhere in Lisbon. It was not too loud or bothersome but you know there is construction. There is a cafe attached to the hotel as the rooms have no kettles or refrigerators. It would be nice if they had some side bed tables and a chair but if yiu plan to be sightseeing much of the time for a short stay 2-3 days, it would be a good value.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne, métro à 5 mn à pied, arrêt de bus dans les rues derrière restaurants à proximité, chambre un peu petite ( pas beaucoup de place pour mettre les bagages) salle de bain assez grande.. personnel sympa, petite cafétéria attenante à l hôtel pour petit déjeuner avec des pâtisseries, jus de fruit, et choses salées…bon rapport qualité prix !

In a good location, couple of really nice restaurants and places for breakfast within walking distance. The main area is about a 20 mins walk past all the high end shopping brands or you can get the metro which was close by and easy. The staff were really nice in the hotel but our room stank of smoke - it was so strong we asked to change rooms but there wasn't anything available. The tap in the bathroom was also really basic, like you'd get in a public toilet that switched off automatically and didn't have hot or cold, which was a bit annoying. We wouldn't stay here again or recommend it, unless you had a really tight budget but I'm sure there are nicer places to stay.
