"This property is beautiful. A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. There was even citrus fruit for G&T. Very much appreciated. It is a 20min walk out of Lincoln. Easy walk in, c.£6...

The only negative element was the parking; £15 for 15 hours, not many spaces and very cramped. Would be better used as a pool and spa and use the car park on the corner ;) Very satisfied with the stay!"
