Dear ZhongyanThank you for the visit. There are different room categories. The room size is mentioned in the room description. We know that the room is small. But we try to show the pictures of the rooms and the views very honest and detailed. You have booked our smallest room category with view to the Männlichen Mountain. The balcony rooms are bigger with big panoramic windows and view to the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the surrounding mountain peaks.

Dear guest, We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied. We try to do everything to make our guests happy. The quality of the food is very important to us and we make everything fresh. We also pay close attention to the origin and seasonality of the ingredients. The Fischknusperli that we served you were from Lake Thun. Lastly, we take allergies very seriously and always like to double check. Our hotel is 3-5 minutes below the train station. We're glad about that, that's why it's so quiet here at night. We are always available to bring our guests' luggage to the train station free of charge (between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.). We clean all the rooms every day unless there is a "bear" hanging on the door with the sign "Please do not clean." If we made a mistake, we are very sorry. We hope to accommodate you again and convince you of our service quality.
