My recent stay at Baymont by Wyndham was far from satisfactory, marred by several cleanliness issues that greatly impacted our comfort and well-being.
Upon entering the room, one of the first things we noticed was the presence of mold inside the fridge. This was not only unsightly but also a significant health concern, especially for my son who started coughing shortly after we settled in, likely due to the mold in the room.
Adding to our discomfort was the overall lack of cleanliness. The room was visibly dusty, making the environment feel unhygienic and unpleasant. However, the most troubling aspect was the state of the bathroom. It was dirty, with areas that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned, leaving me with a feeling of unease. At one point, I even felt like something was crawling on my skin, which was quite unsettling and made it difficult to relax.
Given these issues, I had to call Expedia to request a full refund and find alternative accommodation. As a guest at Baymont by Wyndham, I expected a certain level of cleanliness and attention to detail, which unfortunately was lacking during our stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.
