When we arrived the young man at reception was very nice, and very helpful. We had booked an accessible room, but asked for a walk in shower. I proceeded to check if we had been allocated a room with a walk in shower, and the young man stated that all the accessible rooms had a bath. I wasn’t told about this when I emailed the property after booking. He then proceeded to book us a room with a shower. The room seemed fine, although very dusty, which I don’t expect. We went down for dinner about 6.15 and were told to order our meal on the tablet on the table. My husband duly put our order through. We had a confirmation that our meal was ordered. About 45 minutes later we asked when our meal would be ready, and the young waiter told us that our order had not gone through, and proceeded to tell us that the tablet on our table had not been working earlier that day. He then brought us another tablet and told us we would have to put the order through again. We waited another 30 minutes and then I approached the young waiter again, who went to check if our meal was prepared. Ten minutes later we received our meal. After finishing our meal I asked another waitress if she could get me some decaf tea bags , as there none in my room. She came back 5 minutes later and said that they had no decaf teabags.
