"The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The ocean view end room was spectacular, just renovated, Cal king bed and pull out sofa and still lots of space, very zen feeling, beautiful decor, peaceful, quiet and loved the two swinging hammocks for the teenagers to hang out on. Beach access is awesome with beautiful path with zen sitting area to look out onto the ocean. It was the perfect weekend getaway! Thank you for such an amazing experience! "

"Funky old hotel nicely renovated. Top floor might have views of the ocean, but we're on the ground floor with a view of a construction site. Audible traffic sounds. But the staff is excellent, and there are numerous high-end coffee machines to start the morning with. Our space is clean and spacious enough. It's lovely, if a bit quirky like many old but renovated California hotels."
