พนักงานเช็คอินจะคิดเงินเพิ่มโดยบอกว่าเราเลือกอัพเกรดเป็นห้องวิวภูเขา ทั้งๆที่เราเลือกห้องวิวภูเขาตั้งแต่แรกแล้ว และราคาก็คิดตามราคาของห้องวิวภูเขาเป็นที่เรียบร้อย สุดท้ายเราไม่ยอม พนักงานคนนั้นเข้าไปปรึกษาหัวหน้าด้านในแล้วก็กลับมายอมเราบอกว่าขอโทษระบบคลาดเคลื่อน...งงมาก...คลาดเคลื่อนได้ยังไง แล้วทำไมระบบมาเปลี่ยนตอนที่เราไม่ยอมหรือยังไง...

1. Dated room with extremely over price. 2. It was not like Japanese hotel because a lot of staffs were non-Japanese and just came to work here for 2 months during high season so they did not pay much attention to the guests as they come and go. 3. The pricing strategy was not ethical as we booked the room for 3 with Mt. Yotei since Dec 22, 2018 but found that that the price after Jan 19th was much cheaper than ours with breakfast, free internet while ours price had none of this even paying much higher price and earlier. This is bad practices in my view aka cheating. The condition was very small and confusing so a lot of customers misunderstood the price, term and condition 4. Some non Japanese front staff e.g., So Min did not behave well when we asked her to change our key card as it was for other room. They might give the long one to us when we checked in for example. 5. The picture of the room in the internet and the real one was totally different as the actual room was really dated. 6. All in all one of the best experiences stay in our life even we have been traveling around the globe and this hotel is not really 5 star as claimed. I think it comes from poor management. 7. Last but not least, the Expedia is not as good as other OTA even we asked Expedia to help on this case before traveling but they could not do anything unlike other cases that we had in the past, other OTA could assist us to get the fair deal and treatment.

Pleasant experience
The hotel is awesome and convenient for skiing, especially if you are taking lessons from the NV skiing school. There is also direct bus from the Niseko train station and also private bus to new chitose airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. However the room did look a little old. And the shower curtain was not very clean. No bath robe was offered. Overall just some minor issues and it was still a pleasant experience. Would come again for its convenient location.

It was just *fine*
It was fine. Just fine. If you want an American hotel experience, go here. If you want Japanese hospitality, stay elsewhere. Lot of tickytacky up charges. The ski valet is cool, the onsen is gorgeous, ski in ski out is nice, it does really feel like they built the hotel to corner you into spending at their restaurants and renting from their retailer. There are cheaper resorts that have better amenities and food options for the cost, but the room had a great view and it was a gorgeous hotel.

wonderful location
Able to walk out the door and onto a gondola. It's GREAT! Also, onsite onsen. Awesome. Quiet area but not in the middle of bigger village in Hirafu - if you are into that kind of things. We came to ski so weren't stay out all night. In bed early, on the slopes early - then onsen! Good variety of restaurants onsite as well as the little Niseko village. Good shuttle service. We will be back soon!

Excellent location , ski in / out with both mountain gondola and chairlift right outside hotel , ski valet made everything super easy , hotel is remote however from the main town, there are free shuttle buses that take about 25 mins to Hirafu village , there’s a few restaurants next to Hilton which are nice , Hilton also has several restaurants which are all delicious

Overall Good ………But!
Overall room cleaning is superb. The room is spacious and clean. BUT ….. one main weak spot. The public onsen need tighter regulation. I saw a man who shaved in the onsen. Some washing bowls have hair left.
