My only ‘heads-up’ is that you should be aware that there’s a local nightclub across the street, which plays loud music, but this is usually only for a few hours each night (e.g. around 10:00 -11:20 p.m.). For me, the positive aspects of this property far outweighed the few hours of loud music."
