The staff were wonderful, expecially Heart and his colleagues at the bar. The room was very big, as was the bed but unfortunately a long walk from the main building and the beach. Also, there was very little appropriate storage space in the room. There were only 35 sun beds in a resort housing around 100 rooms/villas. This meant people were "reserving" them during the night, a practice sadly condoned by the management. In our seventies, we were often left without a lounger, forcing us to sit/lie on the grass or beach or go to another resort for the day The room key fob had to be inserted for electricity which meant that devices could only be charged when the room was occupied. The shop had very little useful stock and we had to go to the adjacent resort for anything we needed. The bar stools and dining chairs were beautiful to look at and very heavy and solid, however, they were fiercely uncomfortable as there were no cushions whatsoever. The whole property was very clean and generally well maintained. The food was good and the beach delightful.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good and the swimming pool was great and the perfect place to watch the sunset. Everything felt very clean.

Almost a 4 star facility
Breakfast Buffet has a lot of variety so I would rank four star. the food in general was better than three star. The room was very comfortable so a four star. The service was at least three star. This hotel is very convenient because it’s just about 50 m away from where the wooden boat from. Koh Chang, and Koh Mak arrives. The beach here is very nice and the price for the stay was very reasonable. Hopefully the construction on the reception area will be completed soon.

Relaxing By The Beach Villa
Very peaceful and relaxing stay with a great view of the beach staying in the Beach View Villa. 1 min walk away to the beach bar. 2 minutes walk through the back way from the Beach Villa to a minimart and the pier. Staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant food is reasonable, only thing, it closes early at 7:30pm due to low season. Great place if you intend to park yourself at the beach. To get around the island, must need a bike or hire a private taxi. Not walkable to the other attractions on the island.

Wont recommend. It is not getting proper maintenance. The staff is not helpull, (only 2 were nice) but the mood is not friendly for vacations! There are Nícer beaches around white beach! And many more Restaurant and options! the hotel has a Nice Restaurant (expensive because it is the only option around) with live music … this is the only thing to highligh!!

Great location and v helpful staff made this a super stay. Note if you go for partial sea views you are about 400m away in a block not a villa

Fantastic beach, pool and staff. Rooms in the block at the back are a little tired and a bit smelly until the air conditioning gets going but beds very comfortable.

Paradise at Ko Kood Paradise Resort
Love this resort! Staff was excellent to say the least! We got a great rate just before high season was to set in. Weather was so beautiful. Food was good overall but we did eat quite a bit at the next resort. Also the other resort had a little store for purchasing beer and snacks with a lot of variety vs. this resort. Big shout out to Champ who helped us with setting up a sightseeing tour plus booked out taxi and ferry. It was a pleasure to get to know him! Thanks to all we will be back!!

Gorgeous location.
Stunning part of the beach, great pool with plenty of comfortable sun beds, restaurant serves nice food and good cocktails. Some of the staff were a bit disorganised- we paid one for a bike and she said later on we definitely hadn't paid- but to be fair they didn't over charge us in the end. If you stay in a room rather than a villa it's quite a walk back- they will take you in a tut tut.

We had a great time. The beach is one of the most beautiful on the island with less influence of the tides and less crowded than other beaches. The nature and the environment were amazingly beautiful with a lot of palm trees and flowers. Moreover one can rent a Kayak for free every day for one hour and go snorkeling nearby to check out the amazing sea life in the rocks at a beach only a few 100 meters away. We did not stay in the bungalows but took an appartment in the building which is a 3 minutes walk to the reception and maybe 6 minutes to the beach. Even for this small distance a golf cart shuttle was abailable. The service is good, the staff friendly and they make your appartment every day if you wish so. The beds are very comfortable. Partly it could have been a little cleaner but it was still ok/good enough. Lastly one can rent a scooter for 300 Baht (125ccm) or 400 Baht (160ccm) per day which is a good service.

En bit att gå till havet, tråkigt hotell i den del vi bodde, för få solsängar, fick gå ner och lägga ut badhandukar innan kl 8,00 för att få en plats, inga solsängar runt poolen som på bilden, ingen annan stans att sitta om man inte hade någon solsäng, strandrestaurangen var inte öppen förrän efter kl 10 om man ville ha något att dricka, dåligt utbud i den affär som fanns på området. I vouchern stod det att det ingick båttransfer, vilket var fel information.

Die Unterkunft hat den schönsten Strand der Insel direkt vor der Tür. Absolut traumhaft. Leider sind die Zimmer mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück fande ich persönlich gar nicht gut. Aber dafür war es sehr sauber und wie beschrieben war der Strand Traumhaft.

Fantastisk läge på vacker strand! Sköna stolar och parasol och framförallt riktigt sköna sängar (som annars är sällsynt på hotell). Även förvåndandsvärt god pizza för att vara asien och goda drinkar.

スタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。 部屋と施設は平均的なリゾートタイプです。掃除があまくゴミがあったり、タオルはほつれていたり…ハイシーズンで高い料金設定なので嫌な気持ちになりますよね？！ 音楽もタイの舞踊のものとかならよいのですが、演歌風。タイの人が多いのはよいのですが、朝食時パジャマの人が多くリゾート感薄れました。

hotel molto tranquillo , ideale per permanenza in coppia o famiglia . possibilita' di numerose escursioni sia all'interno dell'isola che nel parco marino e attivita' di snorkelling o diving . consiglio di noleggiare lo scooter e visitare le altre zone dell'isola in quanto le strade sono buone e non eccessivamente trafficate. ottimi i massaggi sulla spiaggia , molto rilassanti

Jättetrevlig resort med stor fin pool o precis intill havet. Bra frukostbuffé och god mat på restaurangen. Det första rummet vi fick luktade tyvärr avlopp men vi fick byta så fort vi sa till. Enda minuset egentligen var att vi inte fick hjälmar bär vi skulle hyra moppe. Annars var allt kalas :)

Anlage direkt am Strand gelegen, trotzdem zentral und alles in der Gegend mit Roller erreichbar. Die Lage ist super, die Anlage schön und sauber, das Restaurant allerdings nicht erste Wahl.

Underbart ställe som vi gärna återvänder till! Superskönt sängar, underbart läge, snyggt, fräscht och underhållet. Enda minuset är deras mat på restaurangen som inte håller måttet samt det gick inte att beställa ett glas vin, bara hel flaska. Men hyr man moped tar man sig lätt runt på ön och där finns det fantastiska matställen. Vi bodde på seafront villa viket var helt toppen.

Fint hotel, spis et andet sted.
Fin service ved check in, fine værelser, men ret uduelig betjening i restauranten, ikke af ond vilje, tror bare ikke personalet magtede at servere til mere end et par borde af gangen. Selve hotellet ligger lidt isoleret, men fin strand. Største anbefaling herfra er at leje scooter om aftenen og køre til en anden restaurant.

Nonostante la camera siano spaziose ed abbastanza confortevoli le aree comuni sono piuttosto sporche e maleodoranti. In aggiunta, nell’area ristorante scorrazzano cani randagi senza alcun controllo da parte dello staff. In generale la manutenzione lascia a desiderare.
