It is discouraging to hear you had anything less than a satisfying experience with us. When checking into the hotel we authorized the credit card for the amount needed for the stay. Normally an authorization or pending hold will release 3 to 5 business days after you checkout. Also, we would like to investigate the food outlet a little more. We would need the name of the venue you ate from and what menu items were eaten? As of now we have not had any reports of any foodborne illness reported so we need more information from you.
