Besides this reservation Hotels.com screwed me on another in Siem Reap Cambodia. I was unable to get there do to my Service Dog and getting to Siem Reap on time for the booking but you charged me with no refunds. "They are in the process of upgrading rooms so our room did not have a wardrobe or safe. While we were there they installed a shelf in the bathroom. We were on the forth floor and had a balcony/patio with a nice view of the beach. We would stay there again."
