terrible service
"Not the first time stay in Hilton, but this time is so disappointed that when I had breakfast, they came to ask me several times to hurry up because they are about to finish, and collected all the dishes when I was eating without saying anything, while other guests were still walking in and starting ..."

Terrible check-in experience
"It was a terrible experience to take for the room to be cleaned. I arrived at the hotel around 3PM, but still was told that the room was not ready for check-in. I waited for another 30 minutes before getting the key card."
