This is new and clean property and maintianing standard for Hyatt ( similar to USA). I stayed two times so far and plan to stay in future . Location is close to airport. Service and morning breakfast are great too.

Location of assigned room noisy due to located near road. Despite highlighting the problem the day I arrived room was not changed. Limited selection of buffet items at meal times . Lacks hospitality especially in restaurant. Ordered hot chocolate at breakfast in restaurant, 15 minutes later still not delivered. Although I was promised a better service at restaurant today. Service in restaurant definitely needs improvement. Only friendly staff were the housekeeping staff and doormen. Housekeeping job were outstanding in job they did. Reception team need to be more approachable and hospitable. Definitely was not worth the price staying there.

Went to Jaipur, Rajisthan in April 2023 with family. Visited Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort. Highly recommend to visit Amber Fort but get ready to FIGHT......FIGHT ..... FIGHT ......FIGHT with locals. They will NOT give up in selling you garage. Get ready to FIGHT.

A nice one..
Absolutely happy one night we had there. The moment you step into hotel premises, you realize it when staff is willing to help you. There was an unnamed trainee at the reception who was extraordinary. At the check-in counters, everyone was super helpful and friendly. My kid got little sick at night and i asked for some honey and peppers in the room in the middle of the night, and i got treated well. Personally, i dont prefer south indian cuisine at the time.of breakfast and i expected internationally mixed breakfast. I heard the same from Other neighboring guests. Regardless, it was sold well by the staff and they were very nice and helpful.
