Great hotel in good location. Ate at the Marco Pierre White Restaurant, which was excellent. The only let down was the breakfast which was very disappointing. The bacon had off colour dark patches( I believe caused by formation of metmyoglobin, a pigment that turns meat brownish-red due to long exposure to light). The herby sausage was excellent but when I started eating the second it had an unpleasant flavour, so I left it. The fried eggs were way over cooked and were hard like boiled eggs.
