I recently stayed at this hotel in Hawaii and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent, providing easy and quick access to the beautiful beach and being situated in a great neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the view from the balcony was as promised, offering a stunning sight of the ocean. The parking staff were particularly friendly, and while valet parking was $50 per day, it was very convenient.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The pool and beach areas were crowded with people who were not even guests at the hotel. It felt like there was no control over who could access these amenities, leading to an overcrowded and less enjoyable experience. As a paying guest, I expected a more exclusive and well-managed environment. Additionally, the flooring in my room was not clean at all and could have been better maintained.
Overall, while the location and staff were great, improvements in management, access control, and room cleanliness are necessary to enhance the overall experience.
