"We stayed in the Sunrise Homestay for a few nights and even extended our stay, as we really liked it. The beds were comfortable and the room was of a good size. The pool was an absolute blessing during very hot days, especially that it has a roof protecting from the sun. The owners are very helpful and nice. "The property was clean and had all of the amenities one would want. The best part of the stay was Lily, the hostess, as she took such good care of us and anticipated all of our needs. She lent us bikes and rain jackets which was needed during our stay. Highly recommend this place. "

" We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised ! "

"Nice to be just off the main street for some peace and quiet. They rented me a motorbike for 100k per day which got us everywhere. Good breakfast, nice pool. Lot of flowers and the rice paddies made a great view."

"Was very strange to stay in Ninh Binh- it has a fresh market and didnt fibd anything else. 90 dong taxi to Tam coc for the attractions. The property was fine but just in the moddle of nowhere. I walked a lot and watched provance life"

"This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! A couple minutes from the main intersection of the town, it’s far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful....

"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel qui est légèrement reculé par rapport à la rue principale ce qui lui permet d’être plus au calme. Les chambres sont très biens avec notamment une belle hauteur et une belle décoration ce qui donne beaucoup de charme ! L’établissement dispose de vélos pour se balader dans la ville ou aux alentours, une bonne partie des lieux et sites à visiter se font facilement à vélo !"

"Lovely hotel - located in a quiet street. Helpful staff all over - but a bit better english in the reception would have been nice - but they were sweet and it worked fine.
