"The property was modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it, il be back again one day! The only downside was that there wasn’t a cleaner, plus the location was far out but I had a moped so it was perfect for me. The price was brilliant and so art from the lack of a cleaner I would give the property 5 stars!"

"We had a very nice stay at Serenity resort. 3’ walk to Maenam beach which is a very quiet one (not crowded), close from village, shops and restaurants. Landlord makes it easy for you (car or scooter rental, laundry...) Resort is clean (change towels / sheet everyday). All that you need in the kitchen for cooking. Thanks Sebastien !"

"Pros- If you are planning to go to the full moon party this is the place to stay, within a couple of minutes away. Jack the manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. Cons- If you are planning to get some sleep during the full moon party, forget it. I think i got maybe two hours sleep because of the craziness going on until the next day. They have been very helpful and the location is central enough to walk to most places, yet quiet at night and very affordable if you are on a budget. "I got what I hoped for. A pleasant bungalow with great views of the trees below and the sea in the distance with a balcony equipped with hammock, desk for my writing. Most of the time it was quiet, just on Friday there was an event at the new Apple Resort higher up the hill which I could hear for a while, but it was fine. "Right from check in this place was an absolute disaster. My biggest complaint though is we were set up in a moped scam. We rented a bike across from the hotel, at night we parked the bike in front of the store/reception area, and then went about our night. The next morning the bike was gone, the security cameras at the hotel "didn't work" and we were told by the police we had to find the bike or pay 8,000 USD for a new bike. "We booked the most expensive beach front bungalow for 2nights. The setting was beautiful but unfortunately we decided to cut out stay short. When we arrived we were taken to our room and found all 3 beds to have stained sheets, hairs and bugs.. we approached the receptionist who had checked us in and asked for the sheets to be changed, she was grumpy and snappy and asked us to wait until the next day to get the sheets changed, we politely refused and said we wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in...
