Dear guest,i am so sorry that you are unhuppy with your vacation with su but we are 4* renovated hotel in year 2022, so the rooms are not ola are brand new 1 year only.The photos is real and you take what you booked from the page.All the rooms have 2 curtains a thin one and one for the dark .The hotel is not of the center of Laganas is on the beach on a calm aera so there is no noisy from bars and traffic arround.All the rooms icludes covers. On the 2 pools that we have the sunbeds are free of course. On the sand on the beach are payable because they are belong to the greek goverment (2 waitress to service you ).About the pools in our undesrtanding some guest can be suprised due to the received colour of the swimming pool water, this happens due ti their lack of understanding on how the water diffraction occurs.The water adds a blue huge tone to what lise underneath it and on the same time sun lights adds a yellow tone. The servise of our swimming pools consists of yellow/brownies quartz sund misture with rasing.The end result under the sun light is greenish color.If someone vertically observes our swimming pool he/she will realize its water is crysral clear. Dear guests, I am really sorry to hearing so many complains after your behaviour inside of the hotel. The housekeeper informed us that she found the room full of water everyhwere after your playing with the water. She forced to change all the materials bedshits pillows and all the other things. I was written to your mum about this situation ( i have the mails) and she was mad about your behaviour. About the hot that you are saying , everybody knows that Greece is a hot destination and we provided you A/C. Our policy is to give one key per room and there is no sense to live the A/C open when you are out of the room. About the AL drinks , propably you have never travel before with AL system. The staff is always polite with the guests. We have all uround the hotel cameras and everithing is written. We have a 4**** Resort and we are not interesting of this kind of guests with this behaviour. Zanet Kouriandaki Front Office Manager
