Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in .new bed and mattress needed. Room was smelly curtains hanging off . Smoke detector had a bag over it . Bathroom way too small

The rooms were spotless clean loads of condiments the staff were friendly and efficient shame about the lack of staff at night as we were kept awake by drunks walking up and down the hallways shouting and screaming abuse until we’ll past 2.30 in the morning so it put a damper on what could have been a experience

This hotel was not what i expected at all It was dirty blood on bathroom surface dirty under the bed fridge not working properly froze my milk tiles in bathroom filthy and tiles in lift were falling off Window banged constantly through the night as it had no shutting mechanism held by a door chain I would not recommend this to anyone it was disgusting

Housekeeping was good, changed and restocked water bottle, towels and hot drink stuff. However shower wasn't working, there were cobwebs and the vent in the bathroom was filled with dust.

Good
Was good for just the 3 nights and comfortable. However, the hotel could do with a bit of a revamp as it was a bit run down but still good for a short stay.

It was terrible I woke up the next morning really I’ll with pneumonia as the bedroom ceiling was leaking right onto the bed and we were all wet I told management and they just said oh thank you . I wasn’t offered compensation or even a free night at hotel so i would like to propose a refund

WiFi and data in basement rooms was almost unusably bad. Everything else was pretty good, would stay again in a different room.

Room much nicer than last time I stayed. Much quieter this time too. In need of a refurb but for the price we paid was fine. Poor water pressure in shower.

Room furniture was tired, tatty and old. Shower pressure was hopeless. Room was noisy as no soubdproofing from coridor or other rooms. Bar and restaurant long since closed. Clearly being used a homeless shelter.

Was only a little weekend away, the location was spot on couldn’t picked a better spot. Hotel is run down but you do get what you pay for we wasn’t expecting the ritz. Only bad thing I can say is the. Beds were really uncomfortable my partner will sleep anywhere but he didn’t sleep great. Basic but we didn’t want much just somewhere to put our head at night. No bar or restaurant as stated but plenty around. Staff all friendly

Overall the positioning of hotel great staff friendly just let down by a sewage smell from bathroom making it unusable we purchased air fresheners and the smell wouldnt go away so suspect drainage problem other than that nice room although in basement had pmenty of light staff very friendly

The staff were lovely n it was very clean Other guests were terrible We was woken at 1.30 am by a group of 3 adults next to us fighting in the room screams swearing slamming doors until 4.30am I had 2 young children with me and they were absolutely petrified it’s not acceptable

Very basic no staff around .bedroom doors open on ground floor with obviously sick man bedridden man in a hospital bed!! No welcome Curtains falling off . No bar or restaurant all Closed even though bank holiday peak time . Very poor overpriced even at £76 plus booking fee

No dining no bar which were advertised!!! Bedroom was tiny and had double and single bed so no space to sit!!! Looks like Hotel is servicing homeless. Moved out first morning.

This is very old rundown hotel from the middle eighteen hundreds , in an area with many similar buildings . Whilst our room appeared to be reasonably clean the bathroom had excreta marks on the wall ,it was obvious from its location that the room had been poorly cleaned with the door open. Would not stay there again!!

When I booked the hotel the pictures on the site looked good , when we arrived the room we was given was appalling the bed was broken ,the bathroom floor was coming up , the bathroom light didn’t work , bannister held to the wall with a bracket ,coffee stains all over the bottom of the bed base ,window frames were filled in and painted were the wood had rotted out (I really wish I could add pics to the site ) ,when I complained we was moved to another room which was slightly better, we wouldn’t eat in there restaurant as it looked dirty so we ate out for the 2 nights we was there (if I could have got a refund and gone somewhere else I definitely would have done ) ,on the 2nd night I started to itch the following morning I woke up with a rash on my stomach and back which was not there before staying at this place , on further conversations with people that live in Yarmouth we found out it was also a property were the council house the homeless ,drug users and alcoholics ,I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone it is absolutely awful ,never again
