"Really disappointing. Met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff, and hidden tax to pay on the booking before check-in (no mention during the booking process). No lift, uncomfortable bed, and loose electricity sockets. Bathroom was held together with red tape and the plastic structure was full of holes ..."
