Very clean. Only issue was no hot water, warm but got cold quick. Other than that it was very good. We didn’t report it so it’s not the hotel’s fault, it was odd that we had hot water in the sink but not in the shower.

Thank you for your review. As I explained to you on the phone after you left the hotel, the hotel manager and Maintenace team went to the room you reported no hot water in and there was hot and cold water in the shower. I did still give you 50%off of your stay. Have a great day.

This was a conveniently located hotel (Tesla charger nearby). The place had a good atmosphere. We also appreciated that it allowed pets. The dining staff could have been a little friendlier. "We are closing" with a smile and perhaps "do you want to quickly grab something" instead of the curt "we are closed". Would be great to extend breakfast hours to 9:30, as people are traveling from different time zones in Kentucky. A little more cleanliness in the hallway would make this an excellent hotel.

I had specifically requested to NOT be placed by an elevator or ice machine…we were literally placed next to BOTH! It was loud! Also, we reserved a suite with a couch-not what we were given, but it was too full to accommodate a change at that point. Last thing, the room was kind of dirty-the bedcover had mouse droppings on it and a hole in it, and the walls had dirt marks like smudges on them. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well either. We were pretty disappointed with what we got for what we paid and will likely not stay here again. We stayed previously and it was not like this.

We were travelling with our two grands - one being a boy and one being a girl. They are weird about sharing sleeping arrangements as a lot of kids this age are. We requested and paid for a suite so that it would have 2 beds and a pull out sofa and this way both would have a bed to themselves. The front desk clerk stated they didn't have these kind of rooms at this location which was frustrating. Needless to say I had to run find a Walmart and buy an air mattress. Then the ceiling had a leak and the corner of the sleep mattress got wet from the leak. Staff was very friendly though and the hotel was very clean.

Close highway access. Which you can hear VERY well in the room. Walked into our room to dirty towels from the last guest, paint peeling on walls and doors, hot tub wasn't working first night. Breakfast was meger and apparently they dont serve any healthy options on weekends. Not impressed
