"The hotel was in a great location.. close to dining, shopping, the Grand Place and many other attractions. It was also only a 4-5 minute walk to the Central Station, where many day tours started. The rooms are smallish but clean and comfortable. There was a small hanging space with hangers but there weren't any drawers so we had to use our suitcases (not a big deal) but they are working on adding more storage, we were told. "Hotel a modernissimo, molto grande, ottime finiture, personale cortese. Bella sauna panoramica al 29° piano, dove c'è anche una palestra. È presente una simpatica sala giochi. Bello il centro congressi. Stanza abbastanza ampia, con macchina del caffè/kettler e frigo con un paio di bottigliette d'acqua offerte. Ottimo servizio internet e ottimo televisore. Colazione a buffet squisita e abbondantissima. Peccato per il quartiere: vicinissimo alla Grand Place (900 metri) ma anche alla stazione...

"Excellent location for exploring Brussels, 2min walk from the train station. Staff helpful and polite. We wanted to check in early, they were going to charge €35 unless we signed up to Novotel, which was very easy to do. Room good size and clean, however the pillows were awful. Very firm and lumpy. The rituals toiletries were nice. Had to ask for English tea bags as they only had fruit teas in the room, paper cups and no teaspoons for stirring drinks, which seems daft. Other than those few...

"Abbiamo soggiornato qui 5 giorni, la camera era bella spaziosa, accogliente e moderna l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che nel corso del soggiorno nessuno è venuto a fare le pulizie, sicuramente un po’ di pulizia in più sarebbe stata d’obbligo. L’hotel si trova a 50 min a piedi dal centro però è facilmente raggiungibile anche con il bus che si ferma vicino alla struttura. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene apparte la pulizia :)"

"I have stolen the bag in the hotel lobby. The staff was not helpful. Despite what happened at the hotel. Terrible service. There should be a notice telling customers that there is theft in the hotel lobby. Because customers think that when entering the hotel, they should be safe in life and property. It is a hotel without any liability at all."

"Jättefint rum med smart-TV så vi kunde streama exempelvis Netflix. Bra avstånd till restauranger och kiosker, samt helt okej avstånd till tunnelbana. Det går även bra att gå till de flesta ställena, till exempel EU parlamentet."
