"Welcoming and informative staff. My sons loved staying in a caboose (big train fans). We stayed one night but wouldn’t stay for more than two with toddlers. There is a playground for them to go on but the space inside is tight for hyper toddlers. It fit our needs for our trip. Our main focus was on the railroad and that is just a minute drive away. We do plan on staying again in the future. "

"I loved that it was a quick 20 minute walk to Hershey Theatre in a very nice beautiful neighborhood. We had to go to a concert and for us the walk was perfect, didn't have to worry about the parking let alone 1900 people trying to get out of the parking lot at the same time so it worked for us. This hotel is close to everything. Even though we didn't go to Hershey Park it is right up the road and the outlet mall is a quick drive away also. The staff was all so nice and generous, which is just refreshing to experience again at hotels, it isn't always the case at other hotels but any staff we encountered was fantastic! We were night owls due to the concert being late and a weekday where everyone else staying was up at 6am on the dot ready to roll for their day and you knew it! LOL, as annoying as that was it is expected and thankfully we are normally morning people. Breakfast was breakfast, nothing to write home about, it did the job and I am happy it is included. Love that coffee and tea was 24/7 and if you were hungry or thirsty they have a great snack collection. Fridge in room but no coffee maker or microwave, but having coffee 24/7 it worked out and they do have a microwave by their snack bar if you need to re-heat anything :) I would definitely stay at this location again."

"We had an issue with Expedia at check in. The front desk couldn’t find our reservation so we had to call Expedia and they emailed something to the front desk. After that annoying hiccup everything was great! They have a huge pool and kid area similar to a splash pad. Nice trail to walk behind hotel. Would definitely come again just probably won’t book through Expedia. "

"Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming and the chocolate given to us upon arrival was a very nice touch and it was delious! The room was very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Out waiter for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. If I visit Lancaster in the future I will be back!"
