"The reviews for this hotel just can't be genuine. check in time is 11:00 and we reached hotel at 1:00 p. m. Still we had to wait for 2and 1/2 hours. The receptionist stared us like he will kill us. like he is doing a big favour. The gave a lower class room , at least not the room in pic here. No water, no toiletteries in the room. "This hotel is new, so it was going to have a few hiccups. We had several problems with the place. First, there is no sign from the main road. At the gate, twice the guard told us there was no hotel, yet both neighbors told us it was next door (it was). Then, the hotel reservation system was not connected to hotels.com and they did not have our reservation. Staff handled it well, though unfortunately had to move another family. "Perfect place to unwind after tiring days exploring Hampi - a more comfortable stay than other options available at ‘Hippie Village’ bonus that the night bus service back to go is literally outside the hotel - however didn’t appreciate the unrequested 6.30 wake up call on day 1 - other than that a very pleasant stay."

"Property is new and still under construction. Free breakfast was Good and hygiene. Train restaurant is excellent and kids will have fun. Food quality also good and tasty: Only concern is with rooms ( royal cotages). There are so many mosquitoes around so recommended to carry Odomos. Property is in Gangavati which is 20 kms away from Hampi . So own vehicle is must. Overall we had a very good time with family here and recommend to others as well. "
