Presence of security and metal detectors at entrances added safety net. Staff very nice and a wide assortment of restaurants supplied a variety of menus to satisfy any hankerings. Room clean and orderly with balcony allowing views of desert mountains. Casinos were separated for those who smoke and those who choose not to be inhaling 2nd hand. We were overall very pleased with everything from check in to check out.

Very nice property and rooms. TV and phone didn't work. Most of the service was excellent, except for the drink service, very scare.

Love staying at Sycuan but this time they didn’t have the big jacuzzi open. They only had one pool open and no service outside for drinks. The pool was not heated to a comfortable temperature as it was a little chilly outside. Bummed we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as planned.

Front desk mgr gave us a room upgrade and we were on 12th floor, which was fantastic! Great breakfast at the View. Terrific experience at the casino. Rewards program was wonderful, we got slot play and won some cash, so win win! Disappointed that there was no entertainment on a Tuesday and Wednesday eve but we still had a good time.

Hotel guests get free valet. I was able to rent a mobility scooter for my bad back. Huge bingo hall with beverage station and snack bar comes around to place orders. Went home a winner from bingo & slots. Will definitely come back again!

We had a great time here. They gave us an upgrade to a suite which was super. The place was clean and modern. The lazy river was closed for the season. There was one pool and hot tub open.
The minute we drove up we felt like such important people, we were treated beautifully at the check in fesk, allowed to chevk in eraly. They had a worker come to us to get our cards for the slots, difficulty openning our room door and an employee came right over to assist us with kindness and a smile

I didnt like their premium room. You walk into a small room with a big tv and large couch. Through that area is a small bedroom with a large tv just about 3 feet from the bed! The first room was useless so why have it instead of a large bedroom? Tried to get another room but they refused to relocate me. I dirtied the room by walking in and looking at it!! Never again!!

Sycuan is in the middle of nowhere, and the walk from the parking garage to the hotel and back is annoying especially on super cold mornings or later at night. Front desk staff are not friendly and there’s never any recognition that we’ve been there multiple times before. We also had an extended stay there once when our house burned down, and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff the person didn’t say a word. I don’t like going thru a metal detector and then having staff asking to see inside my normal size shopping bags. The feeling I get here is that they are doing me a favor allowing me to stay there instead of them being grateful for my business.
