Quick check in, lovely view across Eagle to the mountains. The recliner was comfortable but needed a deeper cleaning. The 3rd floor hallway had a smoke smell but that might have been one customer breaking the rule - not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

The advertised breakfast consists of cold cereal, coffee, yoghurt or instant oatmeal. The hotel looks like it's been partially updated but the bathroom was still original. It didn't feel very clean. The beds were basically comfortable and it was quiet enough. I would not have stayed here but it was for a necessary trip. Hopefully I won't have to stay again.

Dear guest, we also serve hot breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, hot sausages and pancakes and our breakfast hours are 6 am to 9 am. Your family arrived after 9 am past the breakfast hours and hence you missed the breakfast but even then we were kind enough to accomadate you and your family to eat cereals and other things way past the breakfast hours so please do not write false information online. You also had 5 people in the room even though you had booked a room with 2 Queen beds that allows only a maximum of 4 people but we do not even object to that.

The electricity in my room didn't work. The lights would flicker and go out constantly only to come back on suddenly. Charging devices was impossible. It was spooky. Staff came in to clean my room when the do not disturb sign was on the door.

WAY OVER PRICED!!! AT BEST THIS IS A 2 STAR HOTEL. IT WAS OK FOR ONE NIGHT. VERY BASIC BUT NOT WORTH THE PRICE. THERE ARE MUCH NICER HOTELS NEARBY FOR A LOT LESS!

Like- property is convenient to airport. Cost comparable. Dislike - room rates too high for the type of rooms. Non carpeted rooms, dirty floor. Coffee pot dirty and only one cup in the room. Desk help not friendly.

If you can afford it, try somewhere else.
The place is reasonably clean. The WiFi is bad - cuts in and out, a problem the guy at the front desk was aware of, and the TV was cumbersome at best, also cuts in and out and there is no Guide. The bed was hard and a little lumpy.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. He helped me figure out the ride to the airport. He even offered to get me there if the ride services couldn’t accommodate.

The whole room reaked of smoke but the bathroom was the worst. A kiosk for check in. The id reader didnt work and the room receipt dispenser was jammed. However the person working the breakfast room worked very hard to keep up with guests.

Cheap place to stay. Rooms are ok but not fantastic. Breakfast buffet is low effort, not worth having, we just went to starbucks at City Market down the road. Indoor pool and spa is nice but it wasnt fully operational. Would stay again but its definitely not deluxe accommodations.

We are not allowed to refund as your reservation was through Hotel.com and we told you that and nothing wrong with Hotel condition or rooms. Just that you can not argue with your own OTA platform, you are venting on us as it is not our fault.

The checkin was swift, the room was acceptable and included a microwave and fridge, a TV but with a minimum amount of channels. Breakfast was good, with cereals, selection of breads, a hot buffet with pancakes, scrambled egg and sausages. There was also a breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg patty and round sausage. Coffees and fruit juices. There was also a pool and a working hot tub The receptionists were amiable and efficient

There is hot water always, and it was down for 30 minutes while they were fixing hot water pipe. We had told all the guest and they all understood. None of the Rooms have preset temperatures. Guest have to set their own temperatures of the rooms based on their preferences.

Not much to say, except really disappointing. The walls are paper thin so you can hear other people’s conversations, televisions, etc. very dated hotel which I am assuming they just took over from another company because of the lack of signage.

Rooms felt cramped and furnishings and linens were old. Don't like the hard floors throughout and room was drafty with windows needing replacement. Hot tub did not have working jets and was dirty. TV remote was also archaic. Hallways and Lobby were also very cold .

This place is a Wingate by Wyndham by way of slapping a paper Wingate sign over the old business sign in the lobby, and that is all. They haven't even bothered to change the sign by the road. This place used to be called Eagle River Lodge. It was apparently bought out by Wyndham, but zero renovations have been done and the place is gross and sketchy. Hair in the tub, towels old and thin, tiny room, and crappy basic cable of 42 channels that's apparently getting it's signal from a satellite circling the moon because the signal was garbage half the time. Don't stay here.

Not a bad hotel
Room itself was good and clean and the breakfast was good as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the tv not working in the room which we didn’t use anyways and the bathroom had some mold since previous users didn’t went the room after use. This is a good hotel to stay in overall especially if you are hunting in the area.

Check in was a nightmare as the address was wrong. There was no indication that this was part of an existing hotel. We had to check in at an existing motel then come back to get to our room. We had to leave our hotel, walk over to the existing motel for breakfast. Other than that, everything was amazing! A walk-in shower with an adjustable shower head and a gentle spray was amazing. An outdoor green space to run the dogs was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. The little cheese omlettes were great. Having a gluten sensitivity, I could enjoy breakfast! It was wonderful to sleep with the window open. The room was spaciious.

Upon checking in I felt I was being interrogated on why I was there..the room was just a cold uninviting room..overwhelming smell of bleach thru out building & not any friendly face.. breakfast was minimal at best with cameras everywhere..and the handicap room I was given showed where the tub had been removed.. just never felt comfortable in the hotel..
