The hotel is very old and my first room didn't have working AC, but the lady in the front quickly changed my room and everything was fine. The Best thing about this hotel is that it's in an excellent location for walking in Krabi Town. Right across the street is a wonderful café with some of the best coffee I've had in Thailand. "Hotel was okay. Owner complained I was in my room too much and therefore using too much air conditioning, which was no more than a few hours per day, since there was a ceiling fan. Sorry, I can stay in the room all day if I want, my choice. Also Expedia says check out at 11, she demanded 10 AM. The excuse for this discrepancy was "Covid." That's an old excuse. More like someone's house, not a hotel."
