"The hotel is superbly situated right next to Dayan Old Town, and has been designed to complement the old buildings. The rooms are huge and airy, with an enormous bathroom and bathtub, the bed is luxurious and super comfortable. Beautiful, well tended gardens. Absolutely amazing staff who are friendly, extremely helpful and speak English. I only stayed one night but would come back again."

"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working.
