Roosevelt helped made sure our luggage was safe and secure, the front desk people that we got the right room, the housekeeper lady that we had everything, the restaurant servers as well wonderful and so were all the valet guys. "The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "

"Perfect place to stay in Miami! Check in was at 4pm but they friendly let us coming in at 12pm!!!! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants; very nice rooftop with pool! Easy free valley parking. Quiet and clean room. Really recommended!"
