"Hotel was clean bright and airy. All staff friendly and helpful Room was clean and tidy and bathroom to my only complaint would be there was no plug in the wash basin. Buffet breakfast was good with a decent choice. "

"It is a nice, elegant hotel. However, wheelchair accessibility at the bathroom is compromised by the bathroom layout, the toilet is in front of the sink making it difficult to use it without hitting it while using the sink. The bathtub is very tall making it an adventure to use it. The restaurant handicapped accessible restroom is used as storage area."

"We had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend it. We contacted them before arrival to ask if we could arrange a boat trip on the Danube and this was organised for us. "the receptionist didn't know we are coming.we somehow managed to convince her we have already paid in advance. second issue - there were drainage problems in our bathroom and the floor very wet all the time. breakfast was o.k. the room was o.k. location was good! the lobby looks very nice!"
