"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"The location of this hotel is perfect. The room had high ceilings and the bathroom was huge. The room was too cold when we walked in. There was an inverter heater and it took us the whole night to heat up the place. "

"Good size apartment, very clean, just 10 minutes walk from the lake, easy to access by car. Our apartment (12) was very quiet and had none of the road noise others mentioned. There was no one on reception when we arrived but the check in was all sorted for us and no problem. The supermarket is very convenient also."
