"Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Always looked forward to the morning breakfast. Hotel restaurant was good for dinner the one time we ate there. Only suggestion would be to have a dresser for guests clothes, that way they wouldn’t have to live out of their suitcase. Great place all in all, love our stay!"

"Overall, the hotel is great. I'm a business traveler and would recommend the hotel for business. This trip however, I was on vacation, and the hotel is clean and modern. Has a great view of the Pacific Ocean, and is across the street from a shopping center with several food options. The hotel staff is helpful. "This property met and exceed our expectations. The check in was very smooth and we were treated to a very nice cup of mint tea. The building is a historic landmark dating back to the Inca and Spanish colonial period. "The view. The amenties. The customer service. All 5 stars. Just the room, the heat wasnt working. The unit seemed to blow only cool air We didnt tell them though. It was fine when we turned off the unit. I know they would fixed the issue or gave us a different room if mentioned it. Considering everything Id definitely stay here again. "
