There is only 1 person and she was excellent in providing us details about our stay. She spends a long time with each person checking in. It just took longer than we thought. "Travelled with a family member and was very happy to find a place near to other family who live in the area. Hotel is clean, bright, modernized. They are about to open a full kitchen adjacent to the very acceptable continental breakfast area which is presently available. Only issue is the creaky floors but they are not more than a bit of a distraction."
