The staff is amazing they try to make your stay a great experience, providing good information about the city and being kind all the time. A plus is that they have water 24 hours, fresh fruit and coffe, soup and cornflakes, and milk 24 hours also. We felt like home at Bed. We really appreciated our stay in this place."

"I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of excursions and exploring Chiang Mai. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the room was always clean and comfortable. The staff helped us by holding our luggage when we arrived early and before our flight, and made great thai massage and restaurant recommendations. The hotel pool is a lovely oasis and the breakfast buffet had many great options of fresh local fruit, thai cuisine and western options. One of my favorite hitel stays ever, I will recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. "
