"Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, good sized room. I had city view room on level 9 where I could see snow covered mountains. Swimming pool was outdoor and closed for winter. Good location next to food streets and shopping. Check in was easy, very good customer service at check in and staff had fluent English.There is a convenience store on the street level of the hotel and a chicken restaurant. "

"The room is a good size, but definitely not like what's in the photos (little more worn down). It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy. Glad that there's a 7-eleven convenient store at the hotel too."

"Comfortable, spacious clean room. Staff polite and friendly; particularly exceptional service from a concierge staff (English name Peter) who helped contact our car rental service to fix a tyre puncture even quite late af night. Delicious food at the Pocha - great views from the restaurant and rooms. Great restaurants around the area. Shops are convenient especially the 7-Eleven. Parking is free and spacious. The Jjimjil spa was wonderful - especially. For sore muscles from a post-Hallasan hike. "
