Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

Very nice hotel room - liked that they had a seating area with a coffee table. Facilities looked modern and clean. We only stayed one night because it was close to the airport, but would definitely consider a longer stay next time. Free parking but the parking lot had limited space.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are also cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s close to the intercity bus terminal so that you can easily get a bus to another part of the island for sightseeing.

Great Place to Stay in Jeju-si

Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Comfy and convenient

Front desk staff is very polite and fluent in English. It feels warm and welcoming. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Location is close to Jeju bus terminal, which made my commuting very convenient. All in all, I am enjoying my solo travel and stay here in Astar Hotel Jeju very much.

The hotel was fine, suiting the need for a family of 4 to crash. The additional bedding for blue kids were two sleeping pads that weren’t comfortable. Front desk staff wasn’t unfriendly nor friendly. Adequate, clean, near restaurants & convenience stores & not far from airport.

Convenient location

Convenient stay to access the city and cherry blossom festival which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially our cleaning lady on the 10th floor. Handy to have parking on site in the city. G25 incorporated into the hotel was very useful.
