"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. "Comfortable, spacious clean room. Staff polite and friendly; particularly exceptional service from a concierge staff (English name Peter) who helped contact our car rental service to fix a tyre puncture even quite late af night. Delicious food at the Pocha - great views from the restaurant and rooms. Great restaurants around the area. Shops are convenient especially the 7-Eleven. Parking is free and spacious. The Jjimjil spa was wonderful - especially. For sore muscles from a post-Hallasan hike. "
