"I only stayed for one night, but the hotel definitely has a great luxury feel. The staff was very helpful and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer and used the amenities, but I picked this hotel due to it's location to Gateway of India. It's only a short distance to most of the popular attractions. "Very pleasant experience at our stay. The room was spacious with the separate bathtub in the bath room. The hospitality and the ambience is amazing. We had our dinner at the OKO restaurant was great and the service was amazing. We opted for the room with breakfast which was on the average side with not so much options in my opinion as compared to other 5 star hotels, that was a little downturn for us.
