"I loke the resort and amenities...i did not like that i was the only one that not got my room early...i make all reservation for everyone and all rooms wer ready 3 hours beforw mine.....did not got a call for it ....and after getting my keys. They completely forgot that i needed a roll away bed for my child....they stated that room wasn't ready because the extra bed but was not the true. "

"It’s a big nice style building with a beautiful garden in the courtyard, close to the lake and surrounded by huge dunes. Bedding, towels,etc were clean. The staff is super friendly and cordial. Breakfast was great (fried eggs, sausage, cheese and meat, fresh fruit, breads and fresh juice). Being located in such an old building this hotel definitely has problems- it’s pretty outdated, the toilet was clogged when we got there (once we reported the problem though the staff got to the room...

"Our stay at the Bananas Adventure Hostel was lots of fun!! This hostel has a great vibe to it. The staff at reception and the bartenders are all very helpful. The food was amazing!! The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside to the room was that our bathroom had a musty odour. But, all and all, I would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Excelente opção com qualidade e localização em ICA. Vale super a pena pela relação custo x benefício. A acomodação fica a poucos metros de um grande centro comercial, é perto de tudo e me pareceu uma opção bem bacana. Equipe super cordial, café da manhã excelente, voltaria com certeza."

"1. El hotel no cumple con el modelo de reserva del aplicativo, exige un prepago al 100%. 2. A nivel logístico mi cabaña tuvo filtro de aire que lo repararon al día siguiente y no pudimos tener agua caliente ningún día. 3. La atención cordial y la comida increíble, pero tiempos de espera de más de 40 minutos. 4. Calidad vs precio no compensa pero si es acogedor "
