"This was an excellent place to stay. We did have a flag pole echoing in our room on the first night, however, they got us moved with no issues. Directly across the hall which was even better. They also gave us a complimentary breakfast which was great. Food was great! Staff was great!! The bartender, Devante, was by far one of the best we have had the pleasure of being served by! All around a great experience and we will definitely stay again if in the area!!"

"This is my go to hotel when visiting Gainesville, very close to my kid's dorm. The only problem is that the AC is very loud, but price is reasonable. There is a lot of parking space and is 10 min from everywhere."

"The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Our room was a little out dated but CLEAN!! The security guards were constantly walking the property which made us feel safe. The only complaint I had was they forgot to bring us fresh towels and TP. There were 4 of us so we needed towels after the first night. Rather then keep bothering them I just went and bought a few towels and wash clothes and TP Everyone we came in contact with that worked there was so polite and helpful "

"Beds were clean, a little hard, but not overly uncomfortable. Loved having a balcony overlooking the beach. Kitchen and fridge space was handy and larger than expected, with a real freezer. The pool and beach were nice and easy to get to. Super friendly staff."
